One thousand years ago, in 1982, LUNY the moon goddess stole the magenta RAINBOW STONE from her lover,
the sun god SOL.
Heartbroken, he fell to Earth and entered into a wakeless fugue state, plunging the planet into an eternal winter.
Fortunately, the Native Americans of Red Lake, Minnesota, used their secret magic/technology to suck the energy from his body and web it out into the world.
But weary of the endless winter, two brave Gryphins — EBRUNE BLACKBURN and EDDIE FEATHERS! — go on a secret mission to make Luny say sorry to her somnolent ex.
Welcome to the year 2982.
